Rain
If you don't know who or what someone or something is, click the little [?] next to his/her/its name. AShley and I just got home from a sidesplittingly fun dinner at a Mexican place. Just as we walked through the door, it started full-out, no joke, a hundred and ten percent pouring. The fun thing about this is that Ashley [?] and I (along with Lydia [?], the laundry, a bathroom, and the itty-bitty room full of children's books where I like to curl up and read) are on the third and uppermost floor, which has, I think, three skylights. This means that the full-throttle rain sounds like full-throttle gravel over our heads. You may think I'm being sarcastic about the ostensible fun-ness of this, but I'm not. I love the rain and there's nothing better than rain noises to lull one to sleep.

Oh my God. There was just a huuuge thunderclap, the kind that makes you squeal even when you're too old to squeal. Ha, all the car alarms are going off.
